Um dieses Ereignis gebührend zu feiern, findet zum ersten mal die "ORKUS International Festival Tour" mit einer illustren Mischung aus der Speerspitze der düsteren Musik und den spannensten Newcomern statt.
Headliner der Tour ist die wahrlich lebende Legende LONDON AFTER MIDNIGHT, die passend zur Tour ihr langersehntes neues Album "Violent Acts of Beauty" veröffentlichen und live vorstellen werden. Man darf sich auf eine emotionsgeladene, düsterschillernde Show der Superlative freuen, wobei natürlich die größten Hits der Bands nicht fehlen werden.
Mastermind Sean Brennan über diese Tour: "Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt schon außerordentlich auf diese Tour und unsere Fans in Europa, denen wir dann unser ganz aktuelles Album vorstellen dürfen, welches am Vorabend zu dieser Tour veröffentlicht wird."
Und auch wenn es schon fast nach Übertreibung klingt, aber als Co-Headliner konnte eine zweite lebende Legende verpflichtet werden: KIRLIAN CAMERA, eine Band die seit 25 Jahren Musikgeschichte im Bereich düsterer Eletronik schreibt und es immer wieder schafft, sich neu zu erfinden. Doch dem nicht genug, denn Fans wissen es längst: Live Auftritte dieser Band sind rar und es gab zuvor noch nie eine Tour dieser Band. Man kann davon ausgehen, dass sich diese Ausnahmeformation etwas ganz besonderes einfallen lasen wird.
Im Sommer 2005 haben DOPE STARS INC. mit ihrem frischen und einzigartigen Sound die ganze Gothic Szene im Handumdrehen auf den Kopf gestellt. DOPE STARS INC. sind Retro und Moderne, Leidenschaft und Aggression, Feuer und Eis. Eine unheilige Allianz der Urgewalten! Live präsentiert die Band eine kraftvolle Mischung aus Industrial Rock-Gebretter, finsteren Hörszenarien und herzzerreißende Melodien für die Ewigkeiten.
Und zu guter Letzt komplettiert LOLA ANGST das Line-Up, die momentanen Lieblinge aller Clubgänger: schräge elektronische Musik mit hohem Ohrwurmfaktor. Synth Pop, Electro Clash, EBM und ein Quäntchen Industrial, wild zusammengemischt, ergeben eine hochexplosive Club-Sause der etwas anderen Art? geschüttelt, nicht gerührt.

The tour will be headlined by the legendary LONDON AFTER MIDNIGHT who will simultaneously release their new and keenly anticipated album "Violent Acts of Beauty" and present it live on stage. You can expect a very emotional, gloomy yet opalescent show which will of course also include the greatest hits of the band. Mastermind Sean Brennan about this tour: "We are very much looking forward to this extraordinary tour and our fans in Europe whom we will present our brand new album. It will be released the night before the tour starts."
Although it admittedly sounds like an exxageration it is yet true: co-headliner will be another legend- no one less than KIRLIAN CAMERA, a band who looks back to a 25 year old successful band history and yet has always managed to reinvent itself. Furthermore, as fans may know, are live appearances of this exeptional band extremely rare and there has never been something like a complete tour. So one can assume that the band will have something very special in mind to celebrate this extraordinary event.
In summer 2005 the DOPE STARS INC. managed to turn the whole Gothic scene upside down with their fresh and hitherto unique sound. DOPE STARS INC. are past and present, passion and aggression, fire and ice ? an unholy alliance of the elemental forces. On stage the band presents a powerful mixture of dark industrial rock and heartbreaking melodies made for eternity. Last but not least there is LOLA ANGST to complete the line up, the current sweethearts of all regular clubbers: queer electronic music with catchy tunes. Synth Pop, Electro Clash, EBM and a pinch of industrial, randomly put together, make a highly explosive club mix of a different kind. ? shaken, not stirred.
